Hi, this is Marilee and I'm here to show you some of my yoga skills today.

But before I begin that, I decided I'm going to let you in on some background of my athleticism and yoga skills.

I started doing yoga many years ago.

You know, I'm just your basic bitch over here.

But, it was really relaxing and I enjoyed it so much more than PE because I got to just sit there and relax my muscles, do some deep breathing, and just really stretch myself out.
